Kakushin-Teki is a Japanese word that means innovation. KTES is a venture that has provided platform for different key individuals who are innovative in their respective fields of infrastructure development and management industry.

Our mission is to provide innovative, traditional, and non- traditional solutions to the various problems of society related to infrastructure planning, construction and management. We offer a wide range of services for the infrastructure development and management industry.

Our architecture team has an experience of more than 20 years and completed more than 1,000 residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We have a very dedicated expert team in structural engineering that has completed around 500 projects related to the residential, commercial, and industrial infrastructure.

Key Projects

Innovative concept design is our one of the key skills. We have played a key role in providing an innovative 3D curved culvert solution for overcoming the traffic conjunctions at hospital chowk Mandi, HP. We have also proposed a parking solution along with a multi-utility centre to Mandi town by claiming the land from Suketi Khad. Apart from this, we have given many traditional structural design solutions to our clients such as FCI, IHBT, Utkarsh Vastu, PWD, IIT Mandi, Maruti Suzuki, Tata, CPWD, and Royal Enfield etc. Recently, we have completed some projects in architectural and structural design of residential buildings in Himachal Pradesh.
